Huge room and bed, friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast, great balcony and views, refreshing swimming pool.

By and large, it was brilliant place for sightseeing in Cilaos, had much fun. Room was GOOD value. We liked our stay.

This hotel offers great value for money with its clean and spacious rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the rooms that come with a terrace overlooking the inner garden and heated swimming pools. The location is superb, situated on the way to an artificial lake, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, just like the concierge who was incredibly helpful when my daughter hurt her hand.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Cilaos. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main street and the beautiful artificial lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries I had. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and I particularly loved the private terrace in my room overlooking the inner garden with the heated swimming pools. The room itself was cozy and equipped with electric heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This hotel was located in a quieter area, with beautiful views of the mountains. It was close to a hill and restaurants. the room was cozy and well-equipped with a balcony and a view of the pool and the mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the dinner buffet was tasty.

The pool area was a bit run down, and some of the facilities were closed.

The hotel is located in a prime position close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was great with a good selection of pastries and a menu option for vegetarians. I appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Parking was also available, which is always a plus.

The lighting in some areas of the hotel was poor, which made it uncomfortable to stay in those spaces. the buffet on the first night was a bit disappointing in terms of the quality of the meat and the temperature of the food options.

Moreover, the staff paid great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel is also great, as it is situated not far from the main street on the way to an artificial lake. The rooms with terrace overlooking the inner garden with heated swimming pools provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were perfectly fine.

Spent Christmas here and it was a great experience. the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. the breakfast was amazing with a great range of options to choose from. We really enjoyed the heated pools and billiard table for entertainment. the location could not be better, with a cash machine and post office just a few steps away. the town had plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a lovely bakery just a short walk away.

The sauna, jacuzzi, and pool facilities had limited hours which made it difficult to fully utilize them. the dinner buffet was the only option offered at night which was a bit pricey.
